1911 Pistol

This proven fighting handgun is the preferred weapon of elite forces and police agencies, and many agencies allow its carry. However, there are specific issues that must be mastered before the 1911 is selected as a carry weapon.

Topics include weapon selection, custom pistols, caliber, manipulation of the safeties, speed and tactical reloads close-quarter and distance shooting.

Two days. Instructor certification is also offered.

EQUIPMENT: 600-800 rounds, normal range equipment, quality 1911 pistol, quality Kydex or leather holster; NO SOFT HOLSTERS
